My Review

This was a fascinating book to read but I also found it scary!  Scary in that I love bread, pasta, cookies, cakes...just about everything made with wheat.  Dr. Davis's research has proven that by eliminating wheat from our diets we can eliminate the dreaded fat tire around our midsection.  And that our health will improve by giving up wheat products.  Could the elimination of wheat from our diets really eliminate the obesity epidemic that is sweeping North America.  Read this book and find out!

Great book but I'm not ready to give up wheat products....yet.

  1. One of my co-workers was telling me about her SIL that couldn't get pregant, her doc recommened cutting out all wheat, she was preggos within 2 months.

    I've also been reading up on cancer and how cancer can't survive in an alkaline body, all grains make your body more acidic.
