About the Author
This was a fascinating book to read but I also found it scary! Scary in that I love bread, pasta, cookies, cakes...just about everything made with wheat. Dr. Davis's research has proven that by eliminating wheat from our diets we can eliminate the dreaded fat tire around our midsection. And that our health will improve by giving up wheat products.
