My Review

What is there not to like about baking cookies, eating homemade cookies or just drooling over the recipes and illustrations in a wonderful cookbook.  Fine Cooking's Cookies:  200 Recipes for Cookies, Brownies, Bars and More is a delightful treat.

Just published this month, this cookbook is an excellent addition to a baker's cookbook collection. I like how it has recipes for chewy and crisp chocolate chip cookies.  My husband likes chewy and I like crisp!  Mmmmm...the vanilla sugar cookies look amazing.  This cookbook is filled with excellent tips as well. 

Gorgeous photos, helpful photos that show the steps, wonderful recipes, I highly recommend this wonderful cookbook.  Ok time to go and make some vanilla sugar cookies!
