My Review
Life After Perfect is a new romance by author Nancy Naigle. It is set in the town of Boot Creek, North Carolina. It is a small town tale filled with interesting people that you would want to know and places you would enjoy visiting.
Life After Perfect begins with stories of sadness...of lives that seemed perfect on the surface and perfect lives that were stolen by death. Of course nothing in life really perfect but sometimes imperfect people find each other and they are perfect together. Derek, an oncologist, had the perfect life until his wife died from cancer. And Katherine, a successful project manager, had the perfect life...but things and success don't always make perfect as she soon discovers.
Life After Perfect brings together Derek and Katherine. Can they find happiness after perfect? Is he ready to let the past go? Can she? Newly separated from her cheating husband, should Katherine be keeping that a secret from Derek?
Great romance. Well written and has some Christian influences which is always a bonus. Had a hard time putting it down once I got into it! It looks like there are lots of stories to be told in Boot Creek! Hoping this will be a new series!
