My Review
This delectable cookbook featuring dessert recipes is filled with copycat recipes from restaurants across the United States. I often drool over the desserts on menus but then when I'm finishing the main course I'm too full for dessert so it is wonderful to be able to replicate these recipes at home.
The book has recipes listed in alphabetical order by restaurant. So if you have a favorite dessert at your favorite restaurant it is easy to look up. It has recipes from most of the chains but also from unique restaurants across America including Burnt Creme from Clinkerdagger's in Spokane. Sounds fabulous!! It has recipes from some of the restaurants in Walt Disney World.
I was a little disappointed at first that there is not any photos but then I realized that I could easily look up the menus of the restaurant online and see the finished product there.
This cookbook is a delight; it's filled with amazing dessert recipes as well as a few extras such as some beverages. I highly recommend this cookbook for everyone who loves desserts!
